八角茴香水溶性挥发成分的抑菌活性研究 被引量:22

摘要 研究八角茴香水溶性挥发成分的抑菌活性。采用水蒸气蒸馏法从八角中提取挥发性成分的油相成分,用乙醚作为溶剂从蒸馏残液中萃取挥发性成分中的水溶性物质,采用GC-MS联用技术分析了二者的化学成分。采用滤纸片法评价其抑菌活性,用平板稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度。八角茴香水溶性挥发组分的主要成分为大茴香醛(48.402%)、对丙酮基茴香醚(13.554%)、大茴香酸(3.916%)。八角茴香水溶性挥发成分对多种菌株均有抑菌效果,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、黑曲霉、黄曲霉和桔青霉的最小抑菌浓度分别为:20,10,5,2.5,1.25,0.625mL/L。八角茴香水溶性挥发成分具有广谱的抗菌性,而且其抗菌性明显强于八角茴香挥发性成分的油相部分。 Study on antimicrobial activities of water-soluble fraction of the volatile compounds from Star-anise.Oil fractions of volatile components were obtained through steam distillation.Ether was used as solvent to extract the water-soluble fraction of the volatile compounds from the left liquid after steam distillation.Both oil fraction and water-soluble fraction were analyzed by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method.Its antimicrobial activities was investigated by plate diffuse and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)was investigated by plate spread.The results showed that p-anisaldehyde(48.402%)、p-acetonylanisole(13.554%)and p-anisic acid(3.916%)were found to be the major compounds in water-soluble fractions of the volatile compounds from Star-anise and it had inhibition to all bacterial species in our experiments,the minimum inhibitory concentration to Staphylococus aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Aspergillus niger,Aspergillus flavus and Penicillium citrinum were 20,10,5,2.5,1.25,0.625 mL/L.water-soluble fractions of the volatile compounds from Star-anise have broad-spectrum antimicrobial activites,and its antimicrobial activites were stronger than that of oil fraction.
