摘要
补偿的标准是补偿的一个关键问题。文章以征地中农户的利益补偿问题为例,从地方政府和农户讨价还价的博弈关系进行理论分析,从而推导出征地中农户与地方政府单位耕地面积的利益均衡值,从理论上试图回答农户利益补偿中的一个基本问题:补偿多少?为制定补偿标准和相应的补偿政策提供良好的参考依据。
The standard of Compensation is the key problem.This text takes the problem of the peasant household’ Compensation as an example,and analyzes the relation of the local government and peasant household,thus deduce the well balanced value of each M2 farmland between them.This text tries to answer the basic problem of compensation：How much is the compensation？ This may provide a good reference to the standard and related policies.
