摘要
21世纪,随着全球化、信息化进程加速,城市尤其是大城市、都市圈发挥着重要的作用,全球进入了都市圈增长时代。都市圈以其规模经济整合能力在吸引投资、创造就业、提升城市形象、积累财富方面的优势受到各个国家与地区的重视。文章在分析国内外成熟都市圈的发展经验之上,提出了加快乌鲁木齐都市圈发展的若干建议。
With the rapid development of globlization and the process of information technolege,cities-and big cities,or Metropolitan area are playing very important roles in the 21 st century in the world.Metropolitan area has great advantages in that urban areas attract investment and create employment,boost the image of the city and fortune based economics of scale and stacking effect and ability.On the analysis of the experices of some mature Metropolitan area in and outside of china,some suggestions to push the development of Urumqi metropolitan area are put out.
