摘要
目的进一步了解山西省三级综合医院中高层管理者职业化现状,促进医院的可持续发展。方法采用问卷调查与专家咨询访谈法对山西省19家三级综合医院中高层管理人员进行调查研究。结果当前管理人才队伍中普遍存在着以传统的经验型管理为主,职业化管理缺乏、培训机制与人才队伍建设不完善等问题。结论山西省应从实际情况出发,加强医院管理队伍职业化建设及培训,以进一步提高医院管理者的整体水平。
Objective To further understand the general hospitals of Shanxi Province,middle and senior managers of professional status,to promote the sustainable development of the hospital.Methods Using questionnaire survey and expert Interview to survey and analyze the management people in general hospitals of Shanxi Province.Results It is found that the current personnel management is in common with the traditional experience-based management mainly the lacking of professional management,training mechanisms and development of qualified personnel construction imperfect.Conclusion From the actual situation in Shanxi Province,the construction of hospital management team and professional training,professionalization are strengthened to further improve the overall level of hospital administrators.
