论科技创新的社会价值

On Social Value of Science & Technology Innovation

人类认知和实践活动的本质是创新。创新是人生最高价值的体现。因而人类的认知和实践活动实质上是一种价值活动。作为人类认知和实践活动形式之一的科技创新活动也不例外。对科技创新的社会价值可从内外两方面考察,就内在价值而言,科技创新的社会价值即人类在科技活动中的认知价值;就外在价值而言,科技创新的社会价值即科技的应用价值,具体表现为经济、伦理和文化价值。彰显科技创新的社会价值尤其是应用价值具有重要意义。

Innovation is the essence of human cognition and practical activities.Innovation is also the highest value of life.Therefore,human cognition and practical activities are activities expressing value.So are the activities of science technology innovation.The social value of science technology innovation can be divided into two kinds：inner value outer value.As inner value,social value of science technology innovation is the cognition value of science technology activities.As outer value,social value of science technology innovation is the applied value of science technology,including economic value,ethical value and cultural value.It is very important to study social value of science technology,applied value particularly.
