摘要
通过定量、半定量及定性指标相结合的方式提出了城市电网规划环评中相关规划协调性分析的三级指标体系,旨在强化和完善电网规划环评协调性分析的内容,提升规划环评的有效性,真正发挥规划环评在决策源头和决策过程中影响规划、完善规划的作用。
The three-level index system of relevant planning coordinate analysis in EIA of urban power network planning through a combination of quantitative,semi-quantitative and qualitative indicators is proposed.The aim of the system is to strengthen and improve the contents of coordinate analysis in the EIA of urban power network planning,to enhance the effectiveness of EIA of planning and to make the EIA really influence the planning,comprehensive planning in decision-making and the processes of decision-making.
