分析了火电厂烟气脱硫变动成本的构成,探讨了影响脱硫变动成本的因素,提出了控制脱硫变动成本和调整脱硫电价的建议。
The construction of the desulfurization variable costs in thermal power plants was analyzed.The factors affecting the desulfurization variable costs were discussed.Several suggestions for the desulfurization variable costs control and the desulfurization power price adjustment were put forward.
