Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Software of Tacrolimus for Chinese Renal Transplant Patients

目的研制肾移植病人术后服用他克莫司治疗药物监测软件。方法在已建立的群体药物动力学模型的基础上,使用Microsoft Access建立并管理病人信息数据库,在Microsoft Visual C++环境中开发面向国人的肾移植病人服用他克莫司治疗药物监测软件(FK506-TDM)。结果软件实现了①基本的数据库管理功能:查询、修改、添加、删除病人信息;②3个层次的预测功能:群体预测、亚群体预测和利用最优化进行的个体预测,并给出病人的治疗药物监测报告单,为医师进行个体化给药提供定量的分析报告。结论本试验完成了软件的研制,并为以后其他药物的治疗药物监测软件的研制提供参考模版。

OBJECTIVE To develop the therapeutic drug monitoring （TDM） software of tacrolimus for Chinese renal transplant patients.METHODS Microsoft Access was employed to build and manage the patients information database.The TDM software of tacrolimus in Chinese renal transplant patients （FK506-TDM） was developed in the development environment of Microsoft Visual C＋＋,on the basis of population pharmacokinetic model of tacrolimus established before.RESULTS The functions of the software include ① basic database management：query,modify,add,delete patients information,② three levels of prediction：population prediction,subpopulation prediction,and individual prediction,and TDM reports with comments for adjustment of individual dose.CONCLUSION A TDM software of tacrolimus for Chinese renal transplant patients was developed,which provided a template to the similar studies in the future.
