摘要
设计一种基于红外检测器、CC2510无线单片机的输液滴速监测终端。利用红外对管对输液的滴速进行检测,将其转换成脉冲信号。再将此脉冲信号接到CC2510单片机的外部中断上,CC2510对脉冲信号的频率进行计算,得出相应的滴速。利用其无线通信功能将相应的信息传递给上位机并显示。实验证明,该无线监测终端检测精度高、响应速度快,运行可靠、成本低、功耗小,且操作方便。
The paper designs a wireless infusion monitoring terminal based on the infrared detecting sensor and CC2510 MCU. With the infrared emitting diode, the infusion drop speed is detected and transformed into a frequency varying pulse signal. This pulse signal is input to the CC2510 MCU as an external interrupt. The drop speed is obtained by the time lasting between two pulses. The data are transported to the host computer for monitoring via the wireless network. Experiments show that the wireless terminal is reliable with low cost, low power consumption and easy to operate.
