摘要
随着服务外包向价值链高端移动,衍生出一类新的服务外包类型——知识流程外包(KPO)。从知识服务的需求、服务外包战略的升级和信息技术的应用支持三个层面分析知识流程外包的产生背景,基于成本、人才、市场和战略四大要素维度阐述知识流程外包的发展动因,应用SWOT方法分析中国知识流程外包的发展现状,并提出相应的发展策略。
As the service outsouring moves toward the upper end of value chain, knowledge process outsuwting (KPO) , a new type of serice outsourcing, has developed. This paper analyzes the background of KPO advent from three aspects known as need of knowledge service, updating of service outsourcing strategy and support of information technology application, and then demonstrates four important motives that drive KPO development namely cost, human resource, market and strategy. Finally the current situation of KPO in China is illustrated by SWOT strategies for KPO' s future development are provided.
