摘要
隐性知识转移是知识管理的核心和关键,转移过程、转移因素和转移绩效既各成体系,又是隐性知识管理系统的一个配套环节。借助于对SECI模型的推理,演化出高校教师隐性知识的转移过程体系;由于隐性知识特性、知识转移者和知识管理方的各个因子在转移过程中交叉结合,隐性知识转移绩效呈现差异化;引入平衡记分卡,从知识增长、教师能力提升和组织发展三个维度设立转移绩效的KPI体系有利于隐性知识管理的实施。
The transference of tacit knowledge is the kernel of knowledge management, a process system which contains of three parts totally: transferred process, transferred factor and transferred performance. These three parts are also as an important link to tacit knowledge management system model. With SECI model, the transference of tacit knowledge from university teachers is based on two kinds of direct and indirect ways by socitization and externalization. Subfactors of tacit knowledge, assignor and implementer integrate and produce different transferred performances. With BSC model, the KPI system of transferred performances ,which is the composition of the growth of knowledge and teacher capacity and organizational development, is conducive to implementation of tacit knowledge management.
