摘要
目的:进一步研究牡丹Paeonia suffruticosa种子中化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、ODS及Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱进行分离,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为芍药苷(1)、氧化芍药苷(2)、6′-O-β-D-葡萄糖芍药内酯苷(3)、8-去苯甲酰芍药苷(4)、8-debenzoylpaeonidanin(5)、1-O-β-D-glucopyranosylpaeonisuf-frone(6)、1-O-β-D-乙基甘露糖苷(7)、蔗糖(8)、木犀草素(9)、芹菜素(10)、苯甲酸(11)、1-O-β-D-对羟基苯甲酰葡萄糖苷(13)。结论:化合物2,4~6为该种首次分离得到,化合物7和12为首次从芍药科植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from seeds of Paeonia suffruticosa.Method:Various chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify the constituents,their physico-chemical properties and spectral data were employed to elucidate their structures.Result:Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as: paeoniflorin(1),oxypaeoniflorin(2),6′-O-β-D-glucopyranosylalbiflorin(3),8-debenzoylpaeoniflorin(4),8-debenzoylpaeonidanin(5),1-O-β-D-glucopyranosylpaeonisuffrone(6),1-O-β-D-ethyl-mannopyranoside(7),sucrose(8),luteolin(9),apigenin(10),benzoic acid(11) and 1-O-β-D-(4-hydroxybenzoyl)glucose(12).Conclusion:compounds 2,4-6 were isolated from this plant for the first time,compounds 7 and 12 were isolated from the family of Paeoniaceae for the first time.
