摘要
JC—2型双作用弹性旁承在SQ5型双层汽车运输专用车上使用已超过1个段修期。文章通过对其运用情况和问题的调查、旁承性能的试验研究、车辆动力学性能的仿真计算,分析了JC—2型双作用弹性旁承产生永久变形的原因和规律,从设计制造和检测组装等方面提出了相应的改进措施。
The application of JC-2 double-acting resilient side bearings on the SQ5 double-deck cars specially for transport of automobiles has exceeded one depot repair period.In this paper,through the investigation of operation and problems,test and research on performance of side bearings and simulation calculation of vehicle dynamics performance,the causes and patterns of eternal deform in JC-2 double-acting resilient side bearings are analyzed,and relevant measures for improvement are put forward from such aspects as design,manufacture,inspection and assembly.
