阐述了煤炭漏斗车卸车装置的运用情况和现有防误转动装置在运用中存在的问题,介绍了偏心锁闭式防误转动装置的设计、安装注意事项和试装情况。
The operation of the unloading device as well as problems existing in operation of the false rotation prevention device on coal hopper cars are expounded.The points for attention in design,installation and trial mounting of the eccentric locking type false rotation prevention device are described.
