摘要 提出一种基于图像修复技术和图像跟踪技术的数字视频智能编辑算法。在分析数字视频智能编辑系统设计必要性的基础上,参考现有算法设计出适用于小目标跟踪算法及修复算法,综合跟踪和修复算法最终实现了数字视频智能编辑系统并给出了实验结果。 This paper designs a Digital Video Intelligent Edit system based on image tracking and image restoration. The pap er, firstly, analyze the necessary of digital "video intelligent edit system; after sum up the exist tracking and restoration algorithms, the paper propose a restoration tracking and restoration algorithm that is applied to micro target; finally, it state out the implement of the system, and experimental result.
