The system structure of each layer of Transmitter-station Integrated Monitor and Management System（TIMMS） is in- troduced in detail. The running situation of this system in Shanxi and Anhui province at most 4 years shows that the TIMMS can efficiently raise work effective and management level of transmitting station, decrease work intensity, reduce man-made accident and put an end to low quality, delay and stop broadcast by man-made, realize safety and high quality broadcast of radio and TV program.
