Imperative Trend of Tri-networks Integration Promotion in China

介绍了当前对三网融合的不同理解与观点,阐述了网络(信息)产业发展涉及到的生命周期理论、网络经济理论、内生交易费用理论和制度变迁理论等经济学理论,介绍了政府规制理论和可进入市场理论,给出了三网融合的一个解释,并分析了融合前后行业间与产业链各环节间的关系变化,最后指出了三网融合的必要性和紧迫性。

The different understanding and viewpoints of current tri-networks integration are introduced. And several economics theories involved in the development of network or information industry are described, such as the theory of life cycle, network economy, endogenous transaction cost, system changes and so on. After the presentation of governmental regulation theory and enabled entering market theory, a new understanding of tri-networks integration is given. Then, the relationships changing between the whole industry and each links in industry chain before and after integration are all analyzed. Finally, the necessity and urgency of tri-networks integration are pointed out.
