摘要
文章结合国内外关于供应商选择的相关文献,分析了供应商选择的评价标准和方法,以质量、价格和交货期为供应商评价的标准,针对产品在各个生命周期阶段(引入期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期)的不同特点分析了各评价标准的优先次序,分别建立了多目标规划模型,以便解决不同情况下企业确定供应商数量和分配采购量的问题,最后以实例证明该方法的可行性和灵敏度。
This paper analyzed the evaluation method of supplier selection by studying the domestic and foreign literatures, and took quality, cost and delivery as evaluation factors, analyzed their priorities in the hole product life cycle (introduction, growth, mature, decline ), then proposed different multi-objective programming models to solve the problem of quantity of suppliers and purchases in the selection, and studied the feasibility and sensitivity by an example at last.
