Food Enterprise's Crisis Management Analysis——Taking SF Companies for Example

文章以SF公司的"午餐肉致癌"事件为背景,对SF公司的危机管理进行了相关研究,对SF公司的危机管理进行了相关分析,主要包括SF公司危机产生的原因分析及采取的相关措施。在此基础上指出了SF公司危机管理的不足并提出了相关建议,主要有SF公司应加强食品卫生安全危机预防管理体系研究;把危机管理上升至战略高度;设置危机管理专案小组;加强危机管理的培训;建立信息监测系统。

This paper researches the crisis management in SF company, againsting the background of the event that ＂luncheon meat causes cancer＂. The analysis of SF company＇s in this article mainly includes the factors giving rise to the crisis and its corresponding measures. Finally, on this basis, this paper points out proposals to resolve the faults of SF company＇s crisis management. That mainly contains： the corporation should strengthen the study of food hygiene and safety crisis prevention management system; rise the crisis management to a strategic height; set the crisis management project team; strengthen the training of crisis management and set up information monitoring system.
