摘要
本研究进行了重盐碱地池塘高密度养殖淡水鲳对水质和底质的影响试验。结果表明:水体pH平均值为8.40,加注新的黄河水显著降低了水体pH值;低DO出现在高温季节的8月份;COD_(Mn)平均值为15.78 mg/L,呈逐渐上升趋势;8月份水体铵态氮含量较高,9月份亚硝酸态氮含量较高;磷酸盐含量先逐渐下降,后逐渐升高并在8月份达到顶峰,然后迅速下降。底泥中TN和TP先下降,后逐渐上升,且TP变幅较大;全盐量随养殖时间的延长而升高,加注新水可降低底泥全盐量。试验池塘鱼类每667m^2净产量为111.38 kg,纯利润4893.10元,产出投入比为1.79。
The effects of high density culture Colossoma brachypomum on water quality and sediment in ponds with heavy saline-alkaline soil were studied.The results indicated that the mean value of pH of the water was 8.40 and it could be obviously decreased by infusing fresh Huanghe River water.The lowest value of DO appeared at the flaming August.The mean value of COD_(Mn) was 15.78 mg/L and increased with the lengthening of culture time.The content of ammonium nitrogen(NH_4^+-N) reached the peak at August and the content of nitrite nitrogen(NP_2^--N) reached the peak at September. The content of phosphate decreased and then increased,reaching to the peak at August,however it decreased again with the lengthening of culture time. Both the content of TN and TP in sediment decreased gradually and then increased,and the content of TP fluctuated more significantly.The total salt content increased with the lengthening of culture time and it could be decreased by infusing fresh Huanghe River water.The net output per 667 m^2 of experiment pond was 111.38 kg and the net profit per 667 m^2 was 4 893.10yuan.
