摘要
采用显微组织化学及含量指数法对天麻生长过程中体内的核酸、蛋白质、多糖三类物质进行了定量测定,并对不同时期三类物质的含量进行了两两相关分析。结果显示接菌后生长0—5个月的天麻体内多糖与蛋白质含量间呈显著的负相关(P<0.05);多糖与核酸含量间呈显著的正相关(P<0.05);蛋白质与核酸含量间有一定的负相关性但不显著。在接菌后生长5—6个月的天麻体内各物质含量发生了较大幅度的变化,且多与前一阶段各物质的含量变化趋势不一致,表明接菌5个月前后是天麻—蜜环菌共生关系发生阶段性变化的关键时期。
Nucleic acids, peptones, polysaccharides in the Gastrodia elata Bl.during its growth period were analysed qualitatively and quantitatively by means of the microscopic histochemistry and content index.In 0-5 months after inoculation, significant negative correlation (P<0.05 ) between polysaccharides and proteins,significant positive correlation(P<0.05)between polysaccharides and nucleic acide, negative but not significant correlation between proteins and nucleic acids were found.In 5—6 months after inoculation, the contents of three materials and their original varied tendency changed greatly, and therefore shows a critical and periodical change period in symbosi of Armillaria mellea and Gastrodia elata.
