伴左束支传导阻滞的急性心肌梗死心电图诊断标准分析
摘要
左束支传导阻滞在急性心肌梗死患者中的患病率达6％～9％，其特征性的心电图复极改变使得同时发生的急性心肌梗死诊断十分困难，往往延误了实施血管再通术的最佳时间。
