Dynamic analysis and simulation of hydraulic supports on thin coal seams based on virtual prototyping technology

摘要 基于多体动力学的原理分析薄煤层液压支架的运动学,并求解雅可比矩阵;采用虚拟样机技术建立薄煤层液压支架的三维仿真模型,进行动力学分析,获得了薄煤层液压支架的动态特性。将获得的动态特性还原到模型中,基于可视化技术建立薄煤层液压支架的运动姿态模型,模拟薄煤层液压支架的整个运动过程,检验了薄煤层液压支架动力学模型的相关性能。 Kinematic analysis of the hydraulic support on the thin coal seam is carried out based on the principle of multibody dynamics,and the Jaccobi matrix is solved also.3 D simulation model of the hydraulic support on the thin coal seam is built with virtual prototyping technology,and the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic support on the thin coal seam are obtained by dynamic analysis.The acquired dynamic characteristics are feedback into the 3 D model,and the model of motion posture of the support on the thin coal seam is established based on the visualization technology.Then,the entire motion process of the support is simulated and the relevant properties of the dynamic model of the support are checked.
