摘要
研究钻杆锥螺纹接头结构在施加载荷后的受力特点及变形情况,推导出了锥螺纹预紧力随螺纹端面摩擦系数与螺旋副之间摩擦系数变化关系式。建立了螺纹机构的接触有限元分析模型,分析了在多组摩擦系数影响下的连接螺纹最大等效应力变化;并找出了连接螺纹最大等效应力随摩擦系数的变化规律。结果表明,螺纹在受载时的最大等效应力对摩擦系数的变化相当敏感,从而为钻杆螺纹的合理设计和加工工艺提供了依据。
The mechanical characteristics and the deformation conditions of the loaded taper-threaded joint of drill pipe are researched,and the formulation of variation of the pretightening forces of the taper thread with the friction coefficient of screw section as well as the friction coefficient between helical pair.Moreover,the finite element contact model of thread mechanism is built to analyze the maximum equivalent stress of the connected thread affected by the multiple sets of friction coefficient and find out the rule of variation of the maximum equivalent stress of connected thread with friction coefficient.The results show that the maximum equivalent stress of the loaded thread is quite sensitive to the fluctuation of friction coefficients,which provides a reference for the design and manufacture of the thread of drill pipe.
