摘要
针对井下巷道中风门开启困难的问题,对风门开启过程中所受到的阻力进行分析,找出快速开启风门的关键因素。同时利用杠杆原理设计出一种简单易用的普通风门快速开启装置,该装置可节省大约80%的力。在实际使用中取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at the difficult opening of the air door in underground laneways,the resistance acting on the air door during its opening duration is analyzed,and the key to open the air door quickly is figured out.In addition,a simple and easily operated device for quickly opening the common air door is designed with the principle of lever.The application of the device can bring about the strength reduction of 80%and excellent effect.
