摘要
分析了矿用装载机工作装置铰接销轴的结构特点与承载特点,指出销轴设计上存在的缺陷,确定了满足销轴最佳轴向润滑油道位置的2个条件。利用平面桁架模型快速准确地求出销轴的"重载区域"与"非润滑区",并用ANSYS对其结构进行了分析和优化设计。改进后的销轴取得了良好的应用效果。
Shortage of pins design is pointed out by analysis of structural characteristic and bearing behavior of articulated pins of mine loader manipulator.Two necessary conditions are determined to obtain the optimum location of pin's longitudinal lubricant channel.In addition,heavy loaded region and non-lubrication region are quickly and accurately found with plane truss model,the structure analysis and design improvement are carried out using ANSYS as well.The improved pin proves to be more efficient.
