摘要
采用"旋流器-浓密机"分级浓缩流程对某铁矿尾矿进行了半工业浓缩试验。结果表明,采用φ125mm旋流器和φ2000mm膏体浓密机组成的分级浓缩系统,尾矿浓度由19.62%增加至54.32%,达到了全尾矿高效浓缩的技术要求,为尾矿充填采空区奠定了基础。
A semi-industrial pilot test to thicken iron ore tailings is carried out with classified thickening equipments of hydrocyclone and thickener.The results indicates that the concentration of tailings increases from 19.62%to 54.32%by classified thickening system consisting ofφ125 mm hydrocyclone andφ2000 mm paste thickener,which meets the technological requirements of efficient thickening of total tailings and lays a foundation for tailings backfilling into the gobs.
