摘要
利用凝胶渗透色谱法和元素分析法测定了尾叶桉酶解木素在过氧化氢化学法化学机械浆(APMP)制浆及漂白过程分子量的变化.研究结果表明:由于HOO的特殊作用制浆及漂白之后,浆中剩余木素的平均分子量相对有所增加.
Gel permeation chromatography and element analyzer were used for the determination of the number and average molecular weight of E. Eucalyptus . The results showed that during APMP pulping process, because of the special function of HOO- , the average weight of cellulolytic enzyme lignin increased relatively after APMP pulping and H_2O_2 bleaching.
