摘要
用3种新合成的套索冠醚作为固定相,制成石英毛细管柱,测其柱效、惰性、热稳定性、平均极性及选择性等性质.实验表明,它们具有良好的色谱性能和分离选择性,适用于对醇、卤代烃、芳香烃等及其异构体的分离.
Three catenary crown ethers used as stationary phase were coated on fused-silica capillary column. Their chromatographic characteristics including efficiency, thermal stability, polarity and selectivity were studied. The results showed that they possessed good chromatographic feature, middle polarity and high selectivity, and that it was suitable for the separation of isomer of alcohols, halohydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons. Based on the results, the separation mechanism was discussed.
