摘要
首次报道了CEC法进行药物成分测定的应用研究.采用反相毛细管电色谱法,以非那西丁为内标,UV检测波长为214nm,以乙N:Tis-磷酸缓冲液(70:30,V/V,pH2.6)为流动相,在75μm(1.D.)×20cm的毛细管ODS(5μm)填充柱上测定了氨茶碱和鲁米那片剂中茶碱和苯巴比妥的含量,在所测的浓度范围内有良好的线性关系和回收率.
The direct determination of the theophylline and phenobarbital in aminophylline and lumina tablets by reversed phase-capillary electrochromatography (RP-CEC) with phenacetin as the internal standard is reported in this paper. The experiment was conducted on 75 μm(I. D. ) × 20 cm and 5 μm ODS packed capillary column, with acetonitrile-tris/phosphoric acid buffer(70/30, pH 2.6) as mobile phase. The detective wavelength of UV detector was at 214 run. Good linear relationship and recovery were obtained in the range of appropriate concentrations.
