摘要
对芳羧酸酯液晶(MPBHPB)和杯芳烃(戊基苯基间苯二酚杯芳烃)两种化合物组成的混合固定相,以不同比例涂渍成毛细管柱,考察了它们对二元取代苯位置异构体的保留行为,从比较溶质在混合固定相(1:1)及单一固定相上的分离因子α得出,这种混合固定相产生“协同效应”,对产生“协同效应”的原因作了探讨.
The retention behavior of the capillary columns coated with the mixed stationary phases containing aromatic carboxyester liquid crystal and resorcarene derivatives has been studied. The separation of disubstituted benzene isomers on these columns was investigated. The difference of separation factor a on these columns coated with single and mixed stationary phases shows that the mixed staionary phase with 1:1 ratio component engenders a synergistic effect'.
