A New Electrogenerated Chemiluminescence Method for the Determination of Persantimum With Flow-injection Analysis

摘要 设计了一种应用于流通体系的电解池,以恒电流电解的方法,在线(on-line)定量电生化学发光反应试剂次溴酸根.其可在碱性介质中氧化鲁米诺(luminol)而产生强的化学发光.发现潘生丁对该电化学发光有很强的抑制作用,并建立了潘生丁的电化学发光测定方法.对影响潘生了测定的实验条件进行了考察和优化.该方法测定潘生丁的线性范围为0.01~2mg/L,检出限为0.004mg/L,相对标准偏差为4.1%(n=11;C=0.1mg/L).该方法还成功地用于片剂潘生了样品的分析. By contriving a novel electrolytic flow-cell, hypobromite ion, a strong oxidant and instable reagent, has been on-line produced with galvanostatic electrolysis method in alkaline KBr solution, the concentration of hypobromite ion can be on-line controlled by the flow-injection technique. The chemical reaction between hypobromite ion and luminol in alkaline medium(pH = 11.00) is accompanied by the strong emission of light due to the phenomenon of cherniluminescence(CL) . At the same time, it was found that persantinum had a strong inhibited effect on the emission intensity of this CL reaction. Based on this inhibited effect, the persantinum can be determianted by this ECL flow system. The detection limit of persantinum was 0.004 mg/L, the linear range of determination was 0.01 mg/L - 2 mg/L with the relative standard deviation of less than 5% ( C =0.1 mg/L, n - 11) . In additon, the CL reaction cell in this flow system was seperated from the electrtolytic flow-cell, the drawbacks which convention ECL systems had owned, such as the electrode fouling and so on, had been avoided in this new ECL method. The method has been applied to the determination of persantinum in tablets.
