构建区域间合作“中国模式”——中非合作论坛进程评析

On Construction of the China Model of Inter-regional Cooperation:an Analysis on Sino-Africa Cooperation Forum

中非合作论坛作为中国倡导建立的最重要的区域间集体对话与合作机制,以政府主导、发展导向、协商决策、注重开放性和主权原则等核心特征,逐步形成一种独特的区域间合作"中国模式"。它通过规范构建、利益共享、设置议题、权力平衡等独特的效用,既有助于中国实现"和谐世界"的外交目标,也推动着世界多极化进程。构建中的这种区域间合作"中国模式"有优势也有不足,更具制度化合作应是其今后发展的重要方向。

As the most important inter-regional collective dialogue and cooperation mechanism advocated by China,the Sino-Africa cooperation forum has gradually formed a unique China model of inter-regional cooperation,which is government-dominated,development-oriented,and is focusing on openness and sovereignty principle.By normalizing construction,sharing interests,making issues and balancing power,it helps China to achieve the diplomatic aim of harmonious world,also promotes globally plural trend.This paper argues that such China model of inter-regional cooperation should develop its institutional cooperation.
