从“党内民主”到“人民民主”——中国特色民主政治发展道路探析

From "the Inner-Party Democracy" to"People's Democracy"——On the Road of Democratic Political Development with Chinese Characteristics

党的十七届四中全会指出,"坚持以党内民主带动人民民主,以党的坚强团结保证全国各族人民的大团结",发展党内民主被赋予了更高、更重要的使命。中国共产党执政60年来,经过几代共产党人的努力探索,一条具有中国特色的民主政治发展的道路清晰地描绘了出来,这就是从"党内民主"到"人民民主"的政治现代化之路。

The Party＇s 4th Plenary Session of 17th Conference pointed out, ＂Adhere to the Inner-Party democracy and promote people＇s democracy, ensure the union of people of all nationalities by the union of the Party＂. More emphasis has been laid on and more missions have been given to the development of the Inner-Party democracy. A road of de- veloping democracy with Chinese characteristics, namely, a road of the political modernization from ＂the Inner-Party democracy＂ to ＂people＇s democracy＂, has been explored after generations of efforts by the Communists since the Chinese Communist Party came into power 60 years ago.
