The Effect of the Implementation of SME Financing Policies and Its Enlightenment

中小企业融资的主要来源应该是银行等金融机构,但是,中小企业融资难的问题仍然主要表现为取得银行信贷困难。我们通过分析央行和银监会支持中小企业融资的相关政策实施效果,指出在旧的思维方式约束下,找不到解决中小企业融资的思路。只有大力发展产权清晰的中小金融机构,才能有效地解决中小企业融资难题。

The main source of financing for SME should be the banks and other fmancial institutions. However, it＇s difficult for small and medium enterprises to obtain bank credit in SME financing. Through analyzing the effect of the implementation of SME financing policies, the author points out that it＇s impossible to find solutions to SME fmaneing with the constraints of the old ways of thinking. Only by vigorously devoloping small and medium financial institutions with property rights, can the SME financing problem be solved.
