摘要
铜、苯丙氨酸及二者的配合物在紫外光谱区均有较强的吸收,为求得纯配合物的吸光度,我们建立了三参比法,并在此基础上探讨了pH值对配合物形成的影响。实验证实当pH≥7.5时,二者仅形成1∶2(M∶L)的配合物。我们还采用对应溶液法测定了该配合物的稳定常数。
Copper (Ⅱ), Phenylalanine (Phe) and their complexes all have strong ultraviolet absorptions In order to obtain the absorbance of Cu(Ⅱ) ̄Phe complexes, we set up three reference method, discussed the influence of pH to the formation of the complexes, and justified that when pH≥7 5, only 1∶2 (Cu∶Phe) complex was formed We further detected stability constants of Cu(Ⅱ) ̄Phe complexes using corresponding solution method
