摘要
从法治的角度对我国新能源立法滞后、在新能源规划、新能源并网及调度、电网企业全额收购义务的履行、新能源费用补偿等方面存在的问题进行阐述,认为国家和地方立法应予以规范和完善。
From the point of the government by law,the lag of our country new energy legislation and the issues about new energy plan,new energy grid connection and dispatching,power grid enterprises fulfilling full purchase obligation,new energy cost compensation,etc.,were elaborated.It was believed that the national and local legislation should be standardized and improved.
