摘要
系统讨论了清洁发展机制(CDM)应用于燃煤电厂汽轮机改造提高能效项目中的关键问题,从方法学适用、基准线确定、项目的额外性论证到项目经济性分析和减排量计算等方面进行了详尽的分析。以石横发电厂汽轮机改造提高能效项目为例进行分析并得出结论,为在我国开展燃煤电厂改造,提高能效CDM项目提供了技术支持。
The key issues on CDM applying to coal-fired power plant retrofit to improve efficiency were discussed systematically from views of application of methodology,determination of baseline,demonstration of project additionality,investment analysis,and CO2 mitigation calculation from the project and so on.The energy efficiency improvement project of Shandong Shiheng power plant was analyzed and the conclusions were given,which provide technical support for implementing coal-fired power plant energy efficiency improvement CDM projects in China.
