摘要
利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE),对根类中药丹参、黄芪、桔梗、远志、板蓝根、前胡、欧当归、花土当归、防风、北沙参进行了蛋白电泳分析。实验结果表明,不同种药材的蛋白谱带明显不同,鉴别效果良好,为根类中药的鉴定和质量控制提出了一个分辩率高、专属性强的鉴别方法。
The root drugs (Salvia miltiorrhiza, Astragalus membranaceus, platycodon grandiflorum, Polygala tenuifolia, Isatis indigotica, Peucedanum decursivum, Levisticum officinale, Cyrtomium shandongense, Saposhnikovia divaricata, Glehnia littoralis) were analysed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technique (PAGE). The result showed that the protein spectrums of different kind of root drugs were quite different, and they were easily distinquished, thus providing a good method which has high resolving power and high specificity for the identification and the quality control of the root drugs.
