卵巢基质动脉血流与优质胚胎关系 被引量:5

The relationship on ovarian artery blood flow and the quality of embryo in-vitro fertilization embryo transfer

摘要 目的:探讨卵巢基质动脉血流与体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)取卵周期优质胚胎的关系。方法:经阴道彩色多普勒B型超声,监测取卵周期月经第2d(M2)和HCG日卵巢动脉血流PI、RI和S/D。根据该周期优质胚胎的数量分成3组:组,无优质胚胎;组,1~3个优质胚胎;组,≥4个优质胚胎,并分析3个组的卵巢动脉血流超声学指标与优质胚胎的关系。结果:M2日和HCG日,3个组的卵巢动脉血流PI、RI和S/D值的波动范围是一致的。M2日、两个组的PI、RI和S/D均低于无优质胚胎组(组)。组与组之间的PI和S/D有显著差异(P<0.05),但组和组之间以及组与组之间的超声指标统计学差异不显著(P>0.05)。HCG日,组与组之间的RI和S/D有显著差异(P<0.05);组与组的PI、RI和S/D值亦有显著差异(P<0.05);但组和组的卵巢动脉血流超声指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:卵巢动脉血流PI、RI和S/D与体外受精-胚胎移植周期胚胎的质量密切相关,可作为预测胚胎质量的有效指标。 Objective:To explore relationship on the ovarian artery blood flow and the quality of embryos in controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH) cycles. Methods:The ovarian artery blood flow ,which included S, D, PI, RI, and S/D,were detected by transvaginal color Doppler both on second day of menstruous cycle (M2) and the day of HCG administration. It was divided into three groups based on number of good embryos: group I : no good embryos; group It : 1 - 3 good embryos;group Ⅲ : ≥4good embryos, and the relationship was analyzed between ovarian artery blood flow and good embryos among three groups. Results:It is a agreement that range of PI.RI and S/D were obtained on M2 and the day of HCG administration. On M2, the means of PI.RI and S/D in group It and group Ⅲ were lower than that in group I . And IP and S/D was significant difference between the group Ⅲ and the group I. The means of PI.RI and S/D the group, Ⅲ were not only much lower than that of the group I on the day of HCG administration, but also it is significant difference between the group ,and the group I ,it is also significant difference between RI and S/D in group 1 and in group I . In addition, results indicate that there is no statistics difference between the means of PI.RI and S/D of the group I and those of the group I. Conclusion:This study suggests that PI,RI and S/D of the ovarian artery blood flow are available guidelines to value embryonic quality in IVF/ICSI-ET.
