关节镜下有限清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎86例

Curative effect of minimally invasive debridement under arthroscope for patients with osteoarthritis(OA) of knee joint

目的:探讨关节镜下有限清理术对膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)的治疗效果。方法:对86例(95膝)膝关节骨性关节炎患者行关节镜检及有限化微创清理术,根据HSS膝关节评定系统及Denis疼痛测定法进行术后疗效评定。结果:86例,平均随访20个月(6～36月),其中69例患者临床症状明显缓解,关节功能改善,优良率达78.95%。结论:关节镜有限清理术可有效缓解OA症状,改善关节功能,提高生活质量。

Objective： To discuss the curative effect of minimally invasive debridement under arthroscope for patients with osteoarthritis （OA） of knee joint. Methods：Arthroscopic examination and limited minimally invasive debridement were performed on 95 knees in 86 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint. Curative effect was compared according to the HSS knee joint evaluation system and the Denis pain evaluation system. Results ： All the patients were followed up for 6-36 months ,the clinical symptoms of most cases released obviously and the joint function improved. The rate of excellent and good results were 78. 95%. Conclusion： Minimally invasive debridement under arthroscope can effectively release OA symptoms,improve joint function and raise the quality of life.
