舒张性心力衰竭患者血清脂联素与脑利钠肽和白介素-18的相关性研究 被引量:2

Correlation between adiponectin and brain natriuretic peptide,interleukin-18 in patients with diastolic heart failure

摘要 目的:观察舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)患者血清脂联素与脑利钠肽(BNP)和白介素-18(IL-18)的相关性,进一步探讨其在DHF发病机制中的作用。方法:测定80例DHF患者(DHF组)和80例健康者(对照组)的血清脂联素、血浆BNP和IL-18等指标。结果:DHF患者的脂联素、BNP、IL-18、收缩压均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);脂联素、BNP水平随DHF心功能级别的增加而显著上升(P<0.05);DHF患者的血清脂联素与BNP(r=0.661,P=0.000)和IL-18(r=0.582,P=0.003)呈显著正相关。结论:DHF的发生发展是脂肪因子、利钠肽系统和炎性反应等多因素综合作用的结果。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between adiponectin and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP),interleukin (IL)-18 and to further explore its role in the pathogenesis of DHF . Methods: Serum adiponectin, plasma BNP and IL-18 were measured in 80 cases of DHF patients (DHF group) and 80 healthy persons (control group). Results:Serum adiponectin,plasma BNP,IL-18 and systolic pressure were significantly higher than in control group (P〈0.05). Serum adiponectin and plasma BNP levels were significantly increased in the higher group classification of NYHA (P〈0.05) ;Serum adiponectin levels were positively correlated with BNP (r=0.661,P=0.000) and IL-18 (r=0.582,P=0.003). Conclusion:The oceurance and development of DHF were decided by interrelation of adipokines, natriuretic peptide system and inflammation.
