摘要
目的了解内蒙古通辽市影响出生人口性别的因素。方法采用随机整群抽样方法 ,抽取3051名2006年1月1日-2008年12月31日出生的婴幼儿,对其父、母亲进行面对面问卷调查。结果男孩组父、母亲有男孩偏好观念的比例分别为28.7%和19.2%,女孩组的父、母亲有男孩偏好观念比例分别为22.8%和14.4%;农村及县镇父、母亲比城区父、母亲更喜欢生育男孩;农村、县镇、城区父亲男孩偏好观念分别为28.0%,12.8%,9.6%,母亲男孩偏好观念分别为28.9%,30.8%和17.5%;父、母亲生育观念在不同性别组、地区间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,父、母亲的男孩偏好观念对生育男孩有影响(OR=1.21,95%CI=1.02~1.44;OR=1.28,95%CI=1.04~1.57)。结论在通辽地区,父、母亲的男孩偏好观念与出生性别有一定关系。
Objective To explore the related factors of gender of birth population in Tongliao city,Inner Mongolia.Methods We used cluster sampling method to sample the subjects from city,town and village,respectively.A total of 3 051 children who were born between Jan 1st,2006 to Nov 30st,2008 and their parents were investigated.A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data with face-to-face interview.Results The concept of children bearing showed difference between the boy group and the girl group(P0.001).Fathers and mothers of the boy group had the concept of boy preference with the percentages of 28.7% and 19.2%,respectively.The percentages of boy preference for fathers and mothers of the girl group were 14.4% and 22.8%,respectively.The concept of children bearing was different between the residents of city,town and village(P0.001).Fathers and mothers in town and village were more prone to have a boy.The proportion of concept of boy preference in fathers of rural,town,and city was 28.0%,12.8% and 9.6%,respectively.The proportion of concept of boy preference in mothers of the rural,town,and city was 28.9%,30.8%,and 17.5%,resopectively.The results of logistic regression showed that the concept of boy preference in father was related to birth of boy (odds ratio[OR]=1.21),and concept of boy preference in mother was also related to birth of boy(OR=1.28).Conclusion The concept of boy preference in father and mother is related with birth of boy in Tongliao city,Inner Mongolia.
