家蝇幼虫滞育条件优化

Optimization of diapause condition for Musca domestica(housefly) larvae

摘要 目的对家蝇幼虫滞育条件(温度、光周期)进行优化。方法观察不同温度、光周期下3龄幼虫停止进食的时间,确定滞育时间;研究亲代、子代不同光周期和温度对子代滞育的影响,优化诱导家蝇幼虫滞育的条件。结果 3龄幼虫停止进食的时间只与温度有关,与光周期无关;发育起始温度为9.81℃;光周期(L12:D12)和两代均低温通常会有高滞育率,亲代和子代都在L12:D12(20℃)时滞育率较高,两代长日照或/和两代高温的情况下饲养的幼虫滞育率几乎为零;经统计分析,亲代在20℃,L12:D12条件下产卵孵化的子代在15℃、L12:D12条件下滞育率较高。结论温度是家蝇幼虫停止进食的主要影响因素,人工诱导家蝇幼虫滞育的最佳方案为在20℃,L12:D12培养亲代,再将其子代培养于15℃,L12:D12。 Objective To optimize the diapause condition for Musea domestiea(housefly) larvae.Methods The duration of diapause was determined according to the time of larvae to stop eating at different temperature and photoperiod.The effects of photoperiod and temperature of parental generation and filial generation on filial generation diapause were analyzed.Results Only temperature was associated with the time of larvae to stop eating.The developmental initial temperature of larvae was 9.81 ℃.Optimal diapause rate of larvae could be got at the condition of L12:D12 20 ℃ for parental generation and L12:D12 15 ℃ for filial generation.Conclusion Temperature is the main influencing factor on the time of larvae to stop eating and the optimization program of larvae diapause is L12:D12 20℃ for parental generation and L12:D12 15℃ for filial generation.
