多道激光Raman光谱检测系统

摘要 设计了一种多道激光Raman光谱检测系统,由Ar+激光器、外光路、多色仪和光学多道分析仪(OMAⅢ)组成。通过对CCl4、C6H6、C6H12的Raman光谱的检测表明,与单道激光Raman光谱检测系统相比,多道系统大大缩短了记录Raman光谱的时间,但每道的积分时间可延长至10~50s,将多道探测器的工作温度降低到5℃,可获得信噪比高、灵敏度高、质量好的Raman光谱。采用微分软件处理Raman光谱曲线,可提取出几乎淹没在瑞利线中的Raman峰。 A multichannel laser Raman spectral detecting system is described.It consists of Ar + laser,outer optics,polychrometer and optical multichannel analyzer(OMAⅢ).Raman spectra of CCl 4,C 6H 6 and C 6H 12 were detected.Tests showed that the time required to acquire a Raman spectrum with this multichannel system is greatly reduced,but the integral time per channel can be expanded to 10 50 s in contrast with a conventional single channel Raman spectrometer.When the working temperature of the multichannel detector is dropped to 5 ℃,the Raman spectra with high signal to noise ratio,high sensitivity and good quality can be obtained.Processing Raman spectral curves with differential software,the Raman lines which are nearly submerged in Rayleigh line can be picked up.
