摘要
研究了Tween—80存在时,非水溶性meso—四(—4—溴苯基)卟啉(TBrPP)与镉络合显色反应的条件以及对络合物光敏性的机理做了一些初步探讨。络合物摩尔组成比为1:1,ε′为4.5×10~5,镉量在0~0.36μg·ml^(-1)有较好的线性关系,线性回归方程A=0.00034+0.161C,相关系数为0.9997,稳定常数为2.6×10~7,用于烟草、茶叶、环境分析标准水样中痕量镉的测定,结果满意。
The chromogenic reaction of cadmium(Ⅱ) with the water insoluble porphyrin compound, T-(4-BrP) P in the presence of tween-80 was studied and reported in this paper. A preliminary study on the mechanism of the photosensitivity of the complex was also given. The mole ratio of the complex is Cd : R= 1 : 1, its apparent molar absorptivity is 4.5×10~5. A linear relationship holds in the concentration range of 0~0. 36μg ·ml^(-1) and the linear regression equation obtained is A=0. 00034 + 0. 161C with its corelative coefficient r equal to 0. 9997. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of cadmium in tobacco ?tea and environmental water samples.
