摘要
The Huiling Mausoleum of Emperor Ranghuangdi of the Tang Dynasty was excavated by the Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Archaeology at the beginning of the 21st century. The conditions of temperature and humidity in Huiling were recorded and monitored in detail throughout the entire excavation process. By analyzing the link between recorded data and conservational situation of murals in different zones, this article explores the inter-relationships between mural conservational status and environmental changes. Based on the above studies, this article tries to generalize the best condition in terms of temperature and humidity for murals conservation and separation in local environment. Furthermore, scientific analysis of mural pigments from this burial were undertaken.
