APN连续排班层级管理模式在骨科病房中的应用研究

目的探讨APN连续排班层级管理模式在骨科病房中的应用效果。方法对骨科病房实施传统的责任制护理模式(对照组)和连续排班层级管理模式(实验组)进行对比研究。结果实施连续排班层级管理模式后病区管理、护理质量、护理病历书写、消毒隔离、服务满意度明显提高(P<0.01);护理纠纷、缺陷明显下降(P<0.05),实验组和对照组比较差异有显著意义。结论 APN连续排班层级管理模式,能极大地提高护理质量,是一种有效的排班模式。

Objective To study the application effect of APN consecutive shifts level management model in orthopedic ward. Method The traditional responsibility nursing model and continuous scheduling level management nursing model was implemented and compared in control group and experimental group respectively in orthopedic ward. Result Ward management, quality of care, nursing records writing, disinfection and isolation, service satisfaction was remarkably improved by applying continuous scheduling level management mode compared with control group （P〈0.01）. The health care disputes, defects decreased significantly in the experimental group compared with con trol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion APN consecutive shifts level management model in orthopedic ward can greatly improve the quality of care. It＇s an effective care model.
