摘要
对南方医科大学中医药学院转制前在教师队伍质量建设方面积累的宝贵经验进行了全面系统的概括和总结;对转制后教师队伍质量建设方面存在的薄弱环节作了详细而深入的剖析;同时,针对如何进一步加强教师队伍质量建设这一课题进行了探索和研究,提出通过大力弘扬厚德施教和博学育人的精神文化、调整教师队伍结构、优化教师资源配置及努力培养教师勇于创新的精神等举措,全面推进中医药学院教师队伍的质量建设。
The paper summed up the experiences on the construction of teacher ranks before the system transform in our university, and analysed the weaknesses after the system transform. The authors proposed some suggestions on carrying forward spiritual culture, regulating the structure of teacher ranks, optimizing the allocation of teacher resource, and improving the innovative spirit in teachers for promoting totally the quality construction of teacher ranks.
