摘要
通过对苏州硫酸厂黄铁矿烧渣进行了多种分析测试,查明了黄铁矿烧渣的工艺矿物特征。认为单一的选矿方法不能获得理想的分选指标,采用酸浸后磁选———浮选联合流程可获得精矿品位5975%,回收率8272%,能满足炼铁要求的铁精矿粉。
Through various analyses and tests on pyrite cinder in Suzhou Sulphuric Acid Plant,its character
of technological mineral has been found out.It is believed that ideal sorting indexes can not be
obtained by a single separation method.Adopting magnetic separationfloation combination circuit
after acid\|leaching,a concentrate of 59.75% iron with a total recovery of 82.72% that meets the
demands for iron making can be achieved.
